• Check in/out
  • Check in 3:00PM, Check out 2:00PM. Late check outs must be arranged before check out time.
• Speed Limit
  • 5 Miles per Hour inside the park. Please slow down, we have children in the park!
• Quiet Times
  • Sunday through Thursday 10PM to 7AM
  • Friday and Saturday  11PM to 7AM
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times in consideration of other campers
• Campfires
  • No open fires, use fire rings only and must be attended to at all times and out by 1:00AM.
  • Do not remove fire rings and do not burn cans, cigarette butts, glass, wood with nails or staples, or Styrofoam in fire rings.
• On Site
  • 1 RV per site and no more than 2 vehicles per site. No tents on RV sites with out approval by management.
• All Sites are Back-in sites only
  • The sites are angled for easier access. You must pull up past the site and back in. For trailers and 5th wheels: your trailer tongue must point towards the road you backed in from. For Motor Homes: your windshields should face the road that you  drove in from.

• Pets
  • Pets are welcome and must be on a leash at all times while outside your RV, while walking your pet, and you must pick up after your pet immediately.
  • No more than 2 pets per campsite. Please no aggressive breeds.
  • Current rabies inoculation certificates required, and pets are not allowed in any buildings, pool area, or playground area.

   

• Guests and Visitors
  • Visitors are welcome 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM only.
  • Guests must park in guest parking areas, designated by management.

   

• Parking
  • Vehicles park in designated spaces only. No parking on grass or in empty sites.

• Fireworks and Firearms
  • Are not allowed in the Park.

• Alcoholic Beverages
  • Permitted on your site only

• Vehicles and Golf carts
  • You must have a current drivers license to operate any motorized vehicle in the park. No tuning, testing or major repairs allowed on vehicles.
  • Vehicles must have front and rear lights and must be used at night. Children are not allowed to operate vehicles.

• Skateboards, Dirt bikes, Quads, snowmobiles
  • all are prohibited.

    

• Rollerblades and bikes are not allowed at night unless they have lights and/or reflectors.

• You can not ride bikes or rollerblade between buildings, or on basketball court.

• Parents
  •  You are responsible for the behavior and safety of your children

• Eviction
  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) for failure to obey park rules. That site will have one hour to remove all belongings from site with no refund.

• Clotheslines
  • Not allowed

• Sewer
  • Sewer connection must have screw in connector or rubber tight collar.

• Toys
  • All toys, bikes etc. must stored away at night.

• Smoking
  • No smoking in any buildings or the pool area.

• Trees
  • No cutting or damaging of any trees or shrubs,nothing should ever be tied to a tree including dog leashes or chains!

   

• Office Hours
  • 9:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Wednesday. Thursday 9AM-6PM. Friday and Saturday 9AM-9PM. Sunday 9AM-4PM. Evening hours on week-ends are extended as needed.

• Pool/Lake/Bounce Houses
  • No diving or running, or pushing is allowed. Proper swim attire required, babies must wear pool approved diapers. Suntan oils and lotions must be removed before entering pool.
  • Pool is open every day from 10:00AM to 10:00PM. Friday and Saturday is open swimming from 10:00AM to 10:00PM. Adult only(18+) swimming is from 9:00PM to 10:00PM Sunday thru Thursday. No one under 18 in pool during adult swim time.  
  • No glass containers, food, alcoholic beverages, smoking or pets allowed around pool area at anytime!
  • When leaving the pool or lake area, take all belongings with you and leave the area clean.
  • Children under age 14 must be supervised by parent or an adult in both the pool area.
  • No one under the age of 13 is allowed in the hot tub.
  • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk
  • No playing with water hoses or hanging over the sides of the bounce houses.

   

• Messages/Mail
  • Only emergency message will be delivered to you site, all others will be posted on message board.
  • Mail will be held at office and can be picked up after 1:00PM Monday through Saturday.
  • Outgoing mail can be dropped in mailbox and stamps can be purchased at office.

• Propane
  • Currently not available. See office for closest Propane dealer.

• Firewood
  • Purchased at the office during normal business hours. $5.00 per Bundle.

• Noise
  • Must be kept at a reasonable level at all times in consideration of other campers

• Park/Resort
  • The park is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal property of campers or visitors

• Hunting
  • With camera's only

• Campground/Campsites
  • Dishwashing in bathroom sinks not allowed.
  • Soliciting is not allowed
  • Trash must be placed in dumpsters. Park does not pick up trash at your site.
  • You are responsible for keeping your site neat and clean.
  • No outside refrigerators or freezers with out prior approval from management.
  • Please do not cross other campsites, occupied or not.

• Resort Policies
  • We reserve the right to change and update policies and prices at our discretion at any time.
